No Refund Policy – Laser Hair Removal Sale

Please note that all laser hair removal services purchased during promotional events, discounted sales, or special offers are final and non-refundable.

Important Treatment Terms:

A test patch is required before beginning any course of treatment.
If the test patch results indicate that treatment is not safe or suitable, Cobham Clinic reserves the right to cancel the sale, and you will be notified accordingly.
Clients must not have an active tan at the time of treatment. Treatment can only proceed if 4–6 weeks have passed since any sun exposure or tanning (including sunbeds). This is for your safety and to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.

No Refund Conditions:

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts or missed appointments
Unsatisfactory results (results vary per individual)
Client discontinuation of treatment
Failure to follow treatment guidelines, including tan-free requirements
Test patch failure (unless otherwise approved by Cobham Clinic)

Transfers or exchanges of unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

By purchasing a laser hair removal package during a sale, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this No Refund Policy.

Black Friday Laser Hair Removal Terms & Conditions

Sales Policy: All sale items and promotional offers (including Black Friday deals) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Patch Test: All laser hair removal treatments require a patch test to ensure suitability. In the event that the patch test indicates you are unsuitable for treatment, you will receive a full refund for the course purchased.
Effectiveness: Laser hair removal typically achieves up to 80–90% reduction in hair growth. However, results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes vary depending on individual skin type, hair colour, hormones, and treatment consistency.
Hair Colour Limitations: Laser hair removal is not effective on grey, white, or very light blonde hair, and results may be limited for lighter hair types due to the lack of pigment in the follicle.

Sessions required: Most people will need 6-8 sessions to achieve to achieve 80-90% hair clearance. Top up sessions will be required this varies from person to person and we cannot guarantee the length of time results will last.
Sun Exposure: We are unable to treat clients with an active tan or those who have had significant sun exposure within the past 4–6 weeks. If you arrive tanned and treatment cannot proceed, that session will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, and the session will be deducted from their course.
Medications: Certain medications (including antibiotics, acne, or hormonal treatments) may make laser treatment unsuitable. You must disclose all medications and recent health changes prior to treatment to ensure safety.
Course Validity: All treatment courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (28.11.25). Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be carried over.
Booking Policy: Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking your first session promptly to secure your preferred dates.
Rescheduling Policy: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Sessions missed or cancelled without sufficient notice will be forfeited.
Eligibility: Offers are available to new and existing clients, unless otherwise stated. Some areas or combinations may be excluded from promotions.
Treatment Areas: Packages purchased for specific body areas cannot be swapped, split, or transferred to another person once treatment has begun.
Medical Suitability: The clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if, in the practitioner’s professional opinion, it is not safe or suitable to proceed.
